This is the best ever video I have watched for weight loss. this video relived my anxiety towards cutting carbs and leaving roti and rice, being an Indian foody that too a hostler it's almost sounds impossible to leave them. This diet is more or less comforting with our daily habits. I am following almost same with 1.5 hours of daily gym. Just I need to control the portions in lunch and dinner. Suggest me some tips over that too. Do I need any modification Ma'am ? Do I need to cut more calories or just eating my maintenance calories with workout is ok? I have to study all the time and I can't study if I am hungry, but with healthy eating enough to keep me full and workout I am ok.

  3. This is bad for weightloss and general health. If you eat 5-6 times a day, your insulin will spike everytime you eat and gradually you will lose portion control and gain weight instead. Goal to eat 2-3 times a day with high protein and medium fat with little to no carbohydrates. And try a intermittent fasting with 8-16 or 6-18 eating-fasting period.

I have gone through so many YouTube channels they didn't explained it well, I'm not that fat nor skinny but just normal. one of my friend asked me, you eat lot why not u get fat, that time I felt hard what to answer her, but after watching your video I got answer. The diet plan you had explained here is my daily routine. Eating more vegetables are very good for Health.

  6. Iam a vegetarian and my diet constitutes exactly the same thing you mentioned here. However I add more of chickpeas, both white and brown in my diet for Protein. This is the best video I came across on diet. Thank you.
