Healthy Diet Tips After Hysterectomy

Hi doc, I had mt hysterectomy recently and I am almost 47 years old. The procedure is done due to huge fibroids. I am restricted from lifting weights during recovery. How long wull it get back to normal life. Say after I complete 6 m9nths or so will I be walk actively, bend without restriction, do heavy chores and carry normal weights which I used to lift before?
