  1. If you want to lose weight, just eat pure plants 6 days a week. Reduce carbs into one cup per meal. Then add some exercise. In sundays you can eat chicken or fish.

  2. I was surprised at her saying limit salt to 2-3 tsp a day. That is a lot of salt! Also, hidden salt in food is the culprit. Even bread is a high salt food. Canned soup and condiments are very high salt. The rating for this diet only got 3 1/2 stars, but she acts like this is some great diet. If I were looking to buy a product, and the rating was only 3 1/2 stars, I wouldn't buy it. But for people who are very overweight and who can find success in this program, more power to them. It's just a more restrictive, healthy way of eating. But if you stay to whole foods, unprocessed or minimally processed items like milk, peanut butter, etc. you will not have as much trouble. It's the junk food and the salty, fatty, sweet foods that get us.

  4. This diet is great and everyone knows that if you eat right and exercise, you can lose weight feel better. It's just not that easy to do because most of the foods that are produced in the North America have preservatives in pesticides and chemicals that make them more addictive and toxic. It's difficult to get healthy food, especially in the beginning of a diet when everything seemed so much more expensive while the appetite and cravings are still there. I suggest limiting the diet to just healthy fats and vegetables, getting most of the calories from vegetables. Then a person has a tool to help them fight off the cravings until they can get to a point of control

Doctors are not nutritionist doctors are not allowed to learn nutrition their main purpose is to administer drugs they are taught how to administer drugs what type of drugs but diet no people they are telling you to eat cereals when we are meant to be eating high-protein diets. Our insulin levels will spike as soon as you have high carb diets. I know this from my own practice and from my research through dieticians and scientists not doctors.
