Defending champion Tyler Stites set the quickest time on Toyota of Redlands Lake Perris time trial on the Redlands Basic for the third yr in succession. His Mission Echelon teammate Brendan Rhim was second and Joe Laverick (Ribble Rebel) rounded out the rostrum.
