Yesterday I led one other group journey, pinch-hitting for our standard chief who might be again subsequent week. I did our group journey that rambles by San Martin then heads up the Coyote Creek Path to Metcalf park, then goes to the Coyote Creek golf course for lunch. However I threw in just a little dog-leg so the route took us previous a small farm that has alpacas and llamas. Then we took a detour up over Malech street, which has a steep however not too lengthy climb, resulting in good views earlier than it drops again all the way down to rejoin the path.
I took my non-electric upright as a result of I wished the problem of maintaining with this group. It turned out solely 4 of the quicker members got here for the journey, so it made for a brisk (however gratifying) tempo for me.
This little man ran excitedly to the fence making little noises.
“Natural garden mowers” at work. Two of the boys had been head-butting, making an attempt to determine alpha-goat-hood, I believe, however I didn’t get my digicam out quick sufficient to catch themThe air was good and clear giving an excellent panorama of the Santa Cruz Mountains
